Using Rubberbanding

To maintain the fan-in and fan-out between nodes or LogicLock™ regions while you move the node or LogicLock region within the Floorplan Editor:

  1. Open the Current Assignments floorplan or open the Timing Closure floorplan.

  2. Show fan-in and fan-out.

    or

    Show paths between nodes.

    or

    Show LogicLock regions connectivity.

  3. Choose Routing > Use Rubberbanding (View menu).  Shortcut
