To perform an analysis and elaboration on the design files in a design:

1. If you have not already done so, create a new project or open an existing project.

2. If necessary, specify Compiler settings for the design.

3. If necessary, create or edit one or more design files.

4. Choose Start > Start Analysis & Elaboration (Processing menu).  Shortcut  More Details

To stop the analysis and elaboration on the design files in a design:

Choose Stop Processing (Processing menu).  Shortcut
