Intellectual property models are the models of well known components
used as building blocks for the construction of complex circuits or systems.
The examples of IP models are : memory blocks (ROM, RAM blocks), communication
components (e.g. USART or SAR components), processor cores and many others
having a real value for the integration of new systems.
