To open one of the 10 most recently opened files and projects:

To open files from the Project Navigator:

1. If you have not already done so, create a new project or open an existing project.

2. If necessary, open the Project Navigator.

3. Click the Files tab.

4. Click the + icon to expand the Design Files or Other Files folder.

5. Double-click the file you want to open.  More Details
