To specify block properties in the Block Editor:

1. If you have not already done so, open or create a Block Design File (.bdf).

2. Select the appropriate block.

3. Choose Properties (Edit menu).  Shortcut

4. In the Block Properties dialog box, click the General tab.

5. Specify the General tab settings for the block.

6. Click the I/O tab.

7. Specify the I/O tab settings for the block.

8. Click the Parameters tab.

9. Specify the Parameters tab settings for the block.

10. Click the Format tab.

11. Specify the Format tab settings for the block.

12. Click OK.
